Straight Rye Whiskey small Batch is a true one-of-a-kind whiskey. It is made from 51% rye and 49% malt, and it is aged 8 1/2 years. We blended 83barrels to create this batch. This whiskey is uncut and unfiltered, and it is bottled by hand at cask proof. 

The nose is nutty-sweet hazelnut and pine, with baking spices that add to its complexity. The palate starts with sweetness before unleashing full-bodied spices that coat your entire mouth. Straight Rye Whiskey Batch #1 is surprisingly smooth despite its high proof.
