Here at Old Louisville Whiskey Company, we're always working hard to perfect our craft and create the best whiskey possible. Our latest batch, Straight Rye Whiskey Batch #1, is no exception. This world-class rye whiskey is the product of years of hard work and dedication, and we're thrilled to finally be able to share it with all of our fans. We believe this is the perfect addition to our whiskey portfolio that already includes Batch #1, our straight bourbon whiskey.

Straight Rye Whiskey Batch #1 is a true one-of-a-kind whiskey. It is made from 51% rye and 49% malt, and it is aged 6 1/2 years. We blended 8 barrels to create this batch, and we only have 1138 bottles available. This whiskey is uncut and unfiltered, and it is bottled by hand at 118 proof. 

The nose is nutty-sweet hazelnut and pine, with baking spices that add to its complexity. The palate starts with sweetness before unleashing full-bodied spices that coat your entire mouth. Straight Rye Whiskey Batch #1 is surprisingly smooth despite its high proof.
